.NET Messenger Service Haunting me

I have upgraded to MSN Messenger 7.5 and even when I am signed out/offline
some of my contacts can still see me as online. When I sign in on Messenger
7.5 I get a message that I have been signed out of .NET Messenger Services.
I tried to locate this .NET Messenger Services but a search on my computer
shows no such Program or File. HELP ME PLEASE!

Then I suggest using an earlier version which worked properly.
