PC complete Backup - WInodws XP

I made a PC complete backup from my computer with windows Vista, but i want
to format my computer and reinstall Windows XP; my question is: am i going to
be able to restore all my files and programs once i have windows XP, by using
the PC complete backup that i made with Windows vista?

No, programs cannot be installed this way; you must use the installing
software (normally on a CD)
