My friend is having a problem to download the patch for WinXp for
blaster worm. It just starts and hangs on her. Would it still work if
I sent her the file I have thru email???

Sure. A file is a file, and it doesn't matter how she gets it.
She could download it, get it from you by E-mail, get it from you
on a diskette or CD, etc.
