Patch: Wireless dialog gives conflicting information??

Howdy,

I connect my new XP SP2 laptop to our LAN wireless.

The XP Available Wireless Networks window displays spurious
information. For example, it says at the top "Not Connected"
but the button below is "Disconnect."

The folks at Linksys tell me that there is a patch available
to correct this, but (to my utter amazement) they claim not
to know the MSKB article that describes the patch.

I have searched to no avail.

Might you assist?

Howdy,

I just gave it a try, but apparently my version is later
than that rollup.

Thanks for the suggestion though,
