Paste Special (format change from office 2000 to 2003)

In Office 2000, I could insert a picture from Power Point to Word under the
command (paste special as a "picture"). Now, under Office 2003, I have many
picture file types to insert the picture from, such as enhanced metafile or
windows metafile, none of which have the same quaility as the old standard
"picture" fromat. For example, when inserting a picture from Power Point to
Word the thickness between arrow lines and standard lines differ from one
another after the insert process.

How can I get the old paste special as a "picture" format back on my Office
2003.

Just use regular "paste" it should optimize for best results.

In PowerPoint 2002 and 2003, you can right-click a picture and choose Save
Picture As....

Insert the resultant saved image in Word.
