Recolouring pictures in powerpoint

I'm new to Powerpoint 2007. Previously in Powerpoint 2003 I used to be able
to recolour a chart or object pasted into ppt as a picture enhanced metafile
by clicking on the 'chart object' 'picture' tab 'recolour' and choosing the
old colour from the drop down and selecting my new colour.
Now unfortunaltey I seem to only be able to edit the entire theme colours

Any ones know if I can still do this in powerpoint 2007?

Unfortunately this feature was removed from PPT 2007. I miss it.
