Passwords

I recieved the W32/Bagle worm. I have run the virus
protection Norton and it deleted a bunch of infected
files. after that some of my Windows applications would
not run. I did a System Restore to a previous date.
Restarted my computer and now it wants me to log on to
Windows with a password. I have never had a password
setup up on this computer. How can I get around the
password to log on to windows? The user name it shows is
Owner.

I have a friends pc with the exact same problem and I see
lots of messages here stating the same problem. But no
real fixes!! Short of trying to do a repair install
which if my memory serves right will ask for the
administrators pssword?? Not sure what to do except a
clean install.

Someone must have an answer to this.
