As I have mentioned in previous e-mails, my daughter has forgotten her password and it does not allow her to operate her computer. This is the first thing that pops up on the computer and the comuter is basically useless because we cannot get past this to boot up the programs. How can we reset this so she can use her computer? We are frustrated. Thanks.
