Password window !

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of a
username and password which appears in the window
automatically when u want to enter something.I would
gladly like to get help on this, because it seems to be
hard to find were to delete this. Thanx
 
appears in what window?
When you want to enter what?
where?
Huh?
Troll?
 
go to tools/ internet options

go to the content tab

go to the bottom to the section on "personal Information"
Click the auto-complete button

Uncheck the "Uuser Nmes on Passwords" box

:)
