Password Reset gets Specified Procedure could not be found

We have migrated from Netware, to Windows NT, to Windows 2000 Active
Directory. When using Active Directory Users and Computers on a
Windows XP Professional client to reset passwords for some users, we
get an error message "Specified Procedure could not be found".
Searching the internet it appears to be related to a missing dll
fpnwclnt.dll. The article says to install the dll, but not where to
get it or how to install. The article also states this error is due
to the fact that there are "Netware Fields" on the user account. How
can I remove those fields from the account to make this error go away?

We are able to reset passwords on these accounts OK from a Domain
Controller.
