How to disable "Change Password on Netware" dialog box in CSNW

We are currently Migrating from Netware 5.0 to Windows 2000 Active
directory. We are using DirXML to synchronize account info as well as
Passwync to synchronize passwords. Is there a way to disable the "Change
Password on Netware" dialog box in CSNW so that the users will not be
prompted to synchronize their passwords in the NDS tree. Paswsync is taking
care of the password syncronization and this dialog box will only confuse
the users. Any help would be much appreciated.
