Password Problem

When I turn the computer on and the display show XP is
loading, I get the message "When trying to update a
password then the status indicates that the value provided
as the current password is incorrect." When I click on OK
the computer shuts down and starts up again with the same
thing. Safe mode options do not help with the problem. I
appreciate any advice.
 
Require more information.
Are you being prompted for a password on your account?
Did you ever have a password before?
does the local admin account in safe mode also require a
password?
when did the last work?
