Password Problem

I am having a problem with my password.

I have entered it, but windows mail won't remember it. A window pops up when
i try to receive my emails and asks me for my password. I enter my password,
click the remember password button, and yet it still doesn't remember my
password.

Any help?

If you click Apply in the same session you put the checkmark before
Remember password, Windows Mail will often forget the password.
If you don't click Apply after changing the password, Windows Mail
is also likely to forget it. Check if you still have the checkmark
before Remember password; if so, don't change it, but click at the
end of the dots for the password, backspace over them, then enter
the password and click Apply.
