When my husband open his new account to Outlook Express he
chose his own password ,of course, But he forgot how he
spelled it and what spaces he used. Now we cannot access
Outlook Express because we get the error message"password
not recognized" I have tried several times to open my own
account but even my own password will not be accepted.
Why? What went wrong how can I change a password without
knowing how he wrote it in the forst place? Am I going to
have to delete Outlook Express and then re-apply it?
All suggestions will be appreciated.
