Password for outlook 2003

Can it be configured such that whenever i double click outlook 2003, it will
prompts for password?
 
Personal Folder files can be password protected. Right click on personal
folders and select properties | advanced | change password. Whatever you
do, do not forget/lose the password. There is no way to reset it.
 
How about exchange mailbox? Can i set password?

You can configure Outlook 2 prompt for a password. Right click on Outlook
Today - Exchange - <mailbox name> and select properties | advanced. Go to
the security tab and check the second box from the top.
