password cache

Is there away to disable the password cache for all users? I have tried the
reg edit, but it only works for the current user. Thanks?
 
What is the Registry edit you tried?
(Presumably something in HKEY_CURRENT_USER)

Did you try the equivalent in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ?
