IE6 Password Caching

Does anyone know how to:

1) Stop Internet Explorer from remembering passwords.
2) Remove all passwords already remembered.
3) If a new user is added, I don't want passwords
remembered for that user either.

NOTE: I have already tried knowledge base article
229940 "How to Disable Internet Explorer Password
Caching". What the article explained did not work!!!

If it matters, I need this to work on both Windows 2000
Professional and Windows XP Professional.
