Password boxes when receiving email in Outlook

HOw do I get rid of the infernal boxes that pop up when I
receive email? I have to click ok ( it already has the
password) for each mail I receive. Sometimes if I get lot
of mail I am clicking for a LONG time!! I just want my
mail to be there when I open outlook.
