Partition change

Primary partition to small, need to fuse with second
partition. Is there free software I can use?
Its for a windows 2000 server compaq proliant ML530 g1

There is nothing that Microsoft makes that will do this. If its a hardware
set that had storage added you can use DISKPART to extend it so we can see
the space. Otherwise you might be looking at something like Partition
Magic.
