Partially uninstalled programs

Have programs on harddrive where uninstall exe. was inadvertantly deleted.
Want to clean up disk. Which utility program is easiest and best to use.
Windows XP.

If the uninstall of a program is messed up the usual procedure is to
re-install the program and then uninstall it completely using the new
uninstall that was created.
