What is the address for the parallel port (LPT1 on the IBM Thinkpad
T41p?
Or how would one go about determining it?

Called the manufacturer, but IBM support does "not have this
information".

What makes you think it's a WindowsXP question?

I needed it for E-Prime, a scripting language (and stimulus
presentation system) that works under WindowsXP.

BTW, the WindowsXP solution, that I discovered with the knowledge of
the answer is as follows:
Control Panel > Performance & Maintenance > System > Hardware > Device
Manager > Ports > LPT1 > Properties > Resources.
