Paper jam?

Rebecca

Hi!
I know, I sound like a real newbie asking about a paper
jam, but this isn't acting like a simple one. I've read
all the manuals and run all the troubleshooting options
(turn off power, remove paper, don't put paper too far in
the printer, slide the little lever thingy up to the left
side of the paper, bla bla bla...) and there doesn't seem
to be any paper fragments jammed anywhere, but when I
print something, the paper gets pulled in funny on the
right end of the tray, and it seems to be something to do
with the gears... It's worked very well up until just
these last few days... It's a Dell (could that be it?) All-
In-One Printer A940. I'd appreciate any help! Thank you!

Rebecca,

I can think of 2 possible issues either the paper tray is not in correctly,
or you have too much paper in the tray.
Failing that, your best bet would be to get it serviced or buy a new one
(whicever is cheaper).
