palm malfunction

hi everyone! to keep things simple, I get a code 10 ("This device cannot
start."). Ive tried everything (even unistall). Could someone help me?

Probably not in here (this is for computer hardware components), especially
with so little information. Are you having problems with installing Palm
Desktop? Did it ever work? USB or serial? What version of Palm
Desktop/Hotsync?
