Pages Appearing in Duplicate

I am using the Shared Borders feature in FrontPage 2002. When I publish my
web, a copy of a particular page appears where content should be. See
www.falconalumni.com.

There was a problem in FP 2002 / FP 2002 SE that caused this. See

Even after applying all of above, some users still experience the problem,
in which case having the host roll back to the FP2000 SE is the only fix
