Need help with shared border!

I really don't know what happened, but somehow the shared border on my site
has changed and I don't know how to get it back.

The border can be found at: http://www.sacredheartlanc.org/event/index.html

But when I open the web locally to edit, what I see is: "Comment: This
border appears in all pages in you Web site. Replace this comment with your
own content."

I tried publishing from the Web site to local, but that didn't work. I have
some files in the web for future use that are marked "Don't Publish" so I
don't want to delete the entire folder. Can't I make a change somewhere so
it will fix itself when I publish from the Web to local?

The folder event is a subweb. Subwebs are independent websites with
their own themes and navigation.
To copy this left border to the root web (where the websites home page
is) you will have to create the navigation view, and rebuild the
navigation bar.
If you open the event subweb on the server, you can publish the subweb -
but be careful you do not overwrite the root web on your local copy.

The working left border is located at
http://www.sacredheartlanc.org/event/_borders/left.htm

Thanks Ron,

I really don't know what happened, it used to be correct on my computer, but
lately it started coming up differently. Something had to change, but for
the life of me I don't know what!

Everything's OK on my end again. I didn't want to publish the site and
loose what was already there until it was right on my end. I published from
the remote to local and I got one of the navigational links and built the
rest from an open web page of the site.
