Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

While installing xp onto my system, I get the blue screen
with an error "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" Ive tested
the ram and hd so I know its not either of them. Im using
a 1.3 Celeron with an ECS K7S5a. Now, a while ago the
processor was running at around 75 degrees C, is there a
possibility that this error is happening because that
heat level damaged the processor?
