Page won't load in IE - Will in AOL

I have a strange problem... I have SBC DSL and noticed this happening a few
times. I also have an account that I use on AOL.

Sometimes when surfing, I'll notice that a web page won't load... For
example, I just sent email through Hotmail and when I was done there was an
go.msn.com link that I wanted to read. I clicked the link (all through IE)
and it just hung there... I would get the IE progress bar showing me that it
was trying to load, but it never did.

Just for kicks, I loaded AOL (while IE was still trying to load).. I signed
on to AOL, used the same link, and it brought it up fine (on AOL's window).

I've noticed that this happens a lot and I'm not sure why.. Any ideas?

I do have a pop-up blocker installed, but these sites don't seem to have
anything to do with that.. I also have a cookie blocker, but it does allow
msn.com sites.. Definitely confused. Any ideas?

Disable the pop-up and cookie blocker.
