After reinstalling my xp sp3 I found that I can't scroll smoothly, it only
scrolls in lines or paragraph jumps with the change created via a single
ripple rolling down the page. This occurs in win internet explorer 8,
Office 2003, Google chrome, all web sites infact anywhere there is a a
window with a scroll bar exept this one where it scrolls smothly. Use smooth
scrolling in advanced, internet options in tools, is ticked, as is smooth
scrolling in mouse settings to no effect.
Has anyone got a solution for this problem please?
