scrolling not smooth

when i scroll down with my mouse the page seems to not
scroll smoothly. it doesn't jump the whole page, it
seems to skip down the page. i don't know if that makes
sense, but it is basically a smoothness issue. any help
would be appreciated.
 
Check Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options and Advanced. Find box for
Activate Smooth scrolling (or whatever it's named in English version - I got
Swedish... :-) You can also check Controlpanel/System/Advanced and
Performance.

how ru scrolling down? mouse or keyboard?

if its the mouse, change the mouse scroll settings in ur
control panel
 
thanks guys, i tried both of those, it actually turned out to be an update for my video card that made it scroll smoother, thanks for the advice again
