Smooth Scrolling

I have had to re-install xp and since i have everyhing
scrolls with a "judder" i have smooth scrolling set in IE
options and i get it if i use the mouse wheel or scroll
bar. Anyone know a soloution?

Hi Simon,

Have you updated since reinstalling?

Specifically, a recent WindowsUpdate, KB824145, is known to cause this
issue. If this is the case, uninstall it (control panel/add & remove).
