Scrolling problem

Neighbor has an odd scrolling problem. When he scrolls using the mouse and
the scroll bar on the right side the page jumps about a quarter of the way
up. If he is in AOL and scrolls an e-mail or document while in AOL it
scrolls normally. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I'm just guessing here - but try uninstalling the AOL, then try and talk him
out of using the AOL stuff.

If that doesn't succeed, installing the latest version of the AOL software
should fix the issue.

Have uninstalled AOL and reinstalled the latest version. Still the same
problem.
