Page Numbering in printed Word 2000 documents

I have a 10-page document. In the page footer, I have
inserted "Page x of y." When the document is displayed,
each page shows "Page X of 10." (page 1 shows "Page 1 of
10"). The document also shows this in Print Preview.
However, when the document is printed, the footer
shows "Page x of x" (for example, "Page 1 of 1", "Page 2
of 2", etc.
What can I do to fix this?

Not sure of the cause of this one, but if you select view "Normal" instead of "Web Layout" or "Print Layout" under the "View" menu, it seems to fix this. Maybe its a bug in Word 200

I have having the same problem - I haven't been able to figure it out. If you find the answer first let me known.
