Page Numbering in Word (2003)

I am trying to insert 2 separate page numbering schemes on a single page. In
the header I would like for Word to display the Page X of Y where X is the
page number that section and Y is the total number of pages in that section.
In the footer, I would like to display Page X or Y where X is the page number
of that page within the document and Y is the total number of pages in the
document. I figured out how to get the total number of section pages to
display { SECTIONPAGES} and how to get the total number of pages to display
{NUMPAGES} but can't figure out how to format {PAGE} separately so that the
header shows the number starting at the section break and the footer shows
the number starting from the beginning of the document.
