Page not refreshing on IE7

Apoligies if this is not correct group, but I can't find a dedicated IE7
group!

I'm looking at a site with a web cam (using XP, SP2, IE7), on my main home
PC the first view of the day is all I will ever see despite hitting refresh.

Yet, on lap top running on same wieless connection the page refreshes every
minute as it should do.

Can anyone tell me why main PC is not refreshing?
