page not found issues

can anyone advise,i can access websites ok with www address
in address field
but when i try to access automatically {ie click here
when already on a wbsite } or in search when i try to click
thew www address page not found displayed everytime..
any thoughts please

Some program (usually spyware\parasite) may have overridden the URL prefix
setting?
