page cannot be displayed

After I have been online for about 20 mins, a reminder
message appears with the date and time, it states page
cannot be displayed....
This happens everytime I am on the internet. any ideas?
I cannot minimize the window or close it. It just stays
on the screen and I open windows over it.

first what is saying it,too little temp memory can stop
your surfing or some software you have if it is by the
clock.the windows popup will point or the icon might move
or change post what say it.
