Reminder The page cannot be displayed

Every day i recieve a pop up error. On the top it
reads: "Reminder Thursday, October 23,2003" The date
changes every day. Afterwards it is the typical "The
page cannot be displayed error. However the pop up has
no minimize/maximize or close button. You cannot even
right click on it. The only way to close it is by using
alt+f4. If anyone knows how to fix this I'd appreciate
it very much.
