"Page cannot be displayed" on all secure sites

I am pretty mad now. This annoys me because IE is not allowing me to view
SSL and etc. type sites, which stinks.

Anybody know the cause?

The SSL part of IE is broken

I had this and did a repair internet explorer which fixed it. I think it
depends on what version of IE you have as to whether you get that option, if
you can't do that then i would expect a reinstall of IE to fix it

When I go to the place where you enable it, it doesn't have PCT 1.0
