OWA on a MAC

I have a user who uses a MAC at home and is trying to
access his company email through OWA. He reports that he
is unable to reply to any email. Any suggestions, short
of dumping the MAC?
 
A lot more info would help - as would posting to a more relevant newsgroup,
such as m.p.exchange.clients. OWA is part of Exchange, not Outlook.....if
you post there, include any relevant details (Mac OS version, what browser,
what errors, any popup blockers in place, version of Exchange, etc)
