owa message reply problems

I have a user that sometimes when they reply to mail through an OWA
connection they receive a box that comes up, almost like an auto names
completion box wizard and after this happens that have to cloe it all the
time? I suggested turning the automatic name feature off under advanced
settings of Outlook. Am I on the right track?

Nope. Mostly because OWA has nothing to do with Outlook. It actually isn't
even part of Office, so you'll actually want to go ask in the
microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup.
