OWA - prompts for account info when opening message

Ok, I have an odd issue for one individual. There are specific email
messages this individual receives and tries to open in OWA which cause the
authentication screen to pop up again (in the new window the message will
appear in). It happens each time the message is opened even if it is opened,
closed, and opened again immeidately. All replies to this message by other
indivduals cause the same type of problem for this individual. Anyone else
who opens the message with OWA pulls it open without issue.

microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place for OWA issues as it is
part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.
