Hi all

The CEO of our company has a problem when using OWA. I have moved her
mailbox to our new exchange 2003 server. She can log into OWA successfully.
When she click on a mail in her Inbox she can see the body of the e-mail in
the preview pane 100%. When she click on reply or forward nothing appears in
the body part and she cannot type or see anything in the body.Just a big
sqaure appear with a little cross in the top left hand corner.

What can this be or how can i fix this please?

Do you have any spyware or adware installed that might be interfering with
OWA?

Is the popup blocker turned off or at least permitted to accept popups from
that URL?

I will need to have a look but dont think there is any as her OWA use to
work 100%. According to her PA it was with when her acount was moved to the
new server she couldn't access OWA

Its not the pop-up blocker. the new message do pop-up when clicking on reply
for example....it is just the message part that you cant access....which has
the block with the cross in it
