Outlook XP menu bar disapears

(File - Edit - View... ) menu disapears. I don't find any way to get it back...

Reset the Toolbar; all Toolbar customizations will be lost and the Toolbar
will reset to what it looked like when you first installed Outlook. To do
this locate outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old when Outlook is closed.
By default you can find it here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

If I do alt-F(ile), the contents of the menu appears bottom right.. same
thign for alt-V-(iew).... but I really do want to get back File - Edit - View
- etc... at the top...

Thanks Roady, I had a user do the same thing; all toolbars and menu bars
where hidden.
