outlook disapears after two seconds

Hello, I have outlook 2003 and after i sign in, it boots up then two seconds
later it disapears, it does not give me any error codes what so ever, has
anyone experienced this before? if I re-install outlook or office, will all
my information disapear?

don't reinstall outlook. use detect and repair.
