Problem with "Save As" keep popping within Outlook.

I am running Windows Xp SP2 and Office 2003. While Outlook is open, ramdonly
the save as box pops up to save what every email is selected at the time and
will not disapear even if i click save! Outlook is then frozen and i need to
re-start the application manually to get working again. When this happen all
other application on the laptop work fine.
I have completly re-built the laptop with a new operating system and
installed office again to remove the possibility it had some Spy\Adware and
still the problem arises!
Any suggestion please!

I'm late in responding, I know, but I'm here looking for an answer to my own
save-related problem and may have a fix for yours.

My fat-fingered typing leads me to hit F12 a lot as I reach for the
backspace key. F12 brings up the Save As dialog. Perhaps your problem is
related. More fat-fingered typing? A faulty F12 key? Kittycat walking on
the keyboard?
