Outlook XP attachments issue

One of our nurses has a very strange issue on her PC, whenever she receives
attachments - Outlook seems to keep converting anything that is not an Office
file to word for example if she receives PDF or JPEG it tries to convert this
to word and obviously cannot open. Very odd - hers is the only login that
does this. Is this a tick in a box somewhere that needs to be taken out or is
it something a bit more complicated?

Any ideas?
