Outlook will not send attachments - i.e. files and photos etc

Having just reinstalled Outlook following a hard disc problem, my emails are
ok but I cannot send any attachments. It look ok at my end but the recipients
are receiving attachments which they cannot open

Help please

Change your messge format from Rich Text to Plain Text or HTML and try
again.

I'm not sure what is happenign but if your email contains a winmail.dat file
it could be outlook messing with you. see the link below for a fix.
