Outlook will not open

Outlook was running fine until I performed a disk
defrag. Now, Outlook will not open. Apparently, the
mapping became jumbled with the defrag. How do I re-
establish the connection?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
