Outlook will not load?

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2000 and it keeps telling me it needs
the windows installer to run.

It loads the splash screen and outlook and then gives me
an error, "Application requires installer to run."

I have reloaded outlook several times and still get the
error. Outlook express seems to work.

What do I need to do?

Go to google search for windows installer and download it
from the Microsoft website.
