Outlook Web Access on Outlook 2010????

Is this possible?

I've just set up a program called OWANotify and this has quite easily set
itself up to notify me of new e-mails, but I would like to have a set up
where my inbox could be available offline.

My company's office is hundreds of miles away which is why I only access
from either my PDA or Outlook Web Access. However, I receive many updates
to procedures for the numerous different sites that I visit on multiple
different contracts. Also lot's of service manuals etc which I have to
manually 'Save As' (can only do one file at a time from OWA too) to my
laptop.

I would have preffered to just have Microsoft Outlook on the laptop,
syncronise it from home - so that I have access to everything while offline
at sites where I cannot get a 3G signal.
